1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated).

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available) 

  • The shipping options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Metro Cities:  1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • Other Cities and Towns: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: 50 INR

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above 900 INR.

The final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing:

  • Your order tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • A tracking link (where available)

Please allow 2-12 Hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • We may not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us. Any reshipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening it, if possible.

  • Contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and supporting photographs to help us investigate the issue promptly.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to investigate.

10. International Shipping

Velvet Grid does not currently offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's authorities.

  • Customs clearance may result in additional delivery delays beyond our control.
